- Not a walk-in clinic; scheduled visits
- Scheduled patient visits while collaborating with PCP at practice
- Autonomy in practice and seeking experience as a clinician

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (APRN or FNP) or Complete Physician Assistant program
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
- Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
Connecticut Residents Only: The salary range for Connecticut residents is $110,040 to $139,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
